Only items that are on repeat can be ordered. Items that are not on repeat list will not show on the request list.
Please give 48 hours notice. Prescriptions should be ordered by returning the tear-off slip on the right hand side of your prescription, either in person or by post. It will normally be ready for collection at the surgery after 48 hours. If you need it urgently please ask at reception.
Please try not to telephone the surgery for your prescription as this may block the line for somebody who needs the doctor in an emergency. If you are housebound and the doctor has given you permission to phone for your prescription, then this will be noted on your records and you will be able to telephone in for it.
Please take responsibility for your own health and do not let your medication run out.
