Attached please find the Report produced for the PRG meeting in February 2016 analysing our appointment wait times with an expectation to reduce this wait time by 10%.
Appointments Report
As a result of the appointment report and discussions with the Patient Participation Group we have made our Pre-bookable appointments available for 6 weeks in advance and made all urgent 'on the day' appointments available from 8am reducing patient call back.

As a result of this survey we were able to change our appointment times to include 7.30am Advanced Nurse Practitioner and Practice Nurse appointment on three mornings per week and Evening Appointments with the GP
